Car Security Alarms

Although it may seem like the typical selling propaganda, it makes a lot of sense for car security alarms’ manufacturers to say there is no price in securing your vehicle with first-rate, cutting-edge car security alarms. The basic principle is to secure your new edition, highly expensive vehicle with the best car security alarms in the same manner as searching for a seasoned nanny to watch over and take care of your baby.

There are a wide array of car security alarms, and some companies categorize them into three. Basic alarms (first in the category) include a controller module, 5-button remote, wiring harnesses, a dual zone shock sensor, and a siren. The second category of car security alarms is engine starter alarms. These feature a carbon fiber 5-button 2-way remote with vibrating motor, a 5-button long range remote with super bright blue LED, a complete remote engine starter module, pin switch, and wiring harnesses. Third of the car security alarms categories is 2-way paging alarms that provide a long distance connection to your car. This device enables you to know if some tries to breach your security system, at a distance!

In addition to the vast array of these devices, one of UK’s long-standing car security alarms is the tracking system. Since its first release in the market, the Tracker (one of the device’s manufacturer) has recovered a total of 4,300 Tracker-equipped vehicles worth a total of 43 million pounds. This was attested by UK’s 52 police forces that were responsible for the rescue operations of these stolen vehicles, with the aid of their helicopters and traffic cars (that carry dedicated tracking equipment).

Stolen cars that are equipped with a Tracker can be found in merely 25 minutes. The Tracker features:

Retrieve – a tracking system that is activated after a stolen car has been reported.

Monitor system – continuously tracks vehicle and gives alerts to the headquarters of Tracker as soon as a car is moved without authorization.

Guard and recover – provisioned security guards protect stolen-recovered vehicles until claimed by an owner.

Most tracking systems allows you to monitor every trip you’ve made, like travel route, speed of your vehicle at a given time or place, and time of travel at any given location. Aside from its use in tracking and retrieving stolen vehicles, tracking systems can also be useful in giving traffic updates and other traffic concerns. Although it could be costly to equip your car with these types of car security alarms, it pays to have them. You can use them throughout the entire life of your precious vehicle at a minimum investment of a few hundred dollars. That’s quite a lot of savings than needing to buy a new one worth thousands of dollars, unless you really opt to.
